JDL Fast Track is very excited to announce that we will be the host facility for the Big South Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships for 2013. The following link will take you to the press release. Big South Press Release The dates for the 2013 championship will be February 21-22.

We have added another event to the summer schedule: Ultimate Tune-up. This event serves as a gauge for runners looking to compete in Winston-Salem's Ultimate Runner competition in late June. The event will start at 9 am with the Mile Run, followed by 400m, 800m and 5k. The $15 entry fee gets you entry into as many of the events as you'd like. All events will be chip timed by Ultimate Race Management, which will allow you to see your splits for every 200m. To register for this event through Active.com, click here.

On Saturday, June 23, JDL Fast Track will be hosting a Crazy Running Youth Track Meet. This is a fun, fast-paced, low-key youth track meet for kids ages 6-14. The events contested will include the 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, mile and long jump. Events will start at 10 am and the cost is $15 per athlete. Robyn Holland is the head coach of the Crazy Running, a USA T&F club whose mission is to expose young athletes to the lifelong sport of running. Directions
From Interstate 40, take exit 189 for US-158/Stratford Road. At the top of the ramp, turn right onto US-158/Stratford Road. Proceed approximately 2 miles and turn left on Kimwell Drive. JDL Fast Track will be approximately 1/2 mile down on the corner of Kimwell and Empire. Spectator parking is in the front. Athletes and officials should park in the rear of the building.
